 Epoxy Systems
  Polyurea Coating System epoxies are 100% solids systems, typically 1:1 or 2:1 mix ratios by volume for convenient field use. Polyurea coatings systems offers primers and top coats for most applications conditions, including concrete and steel substrates.

It is recommended that prior to coating concrete the surface be prepared according to NACE Standard RP0892-92. Polyurea Coating Systems recommends applying penetrating primer/sealer PCS-30 or at 2-3 mils in order to provide a receptive surface for the top coat such as polyurea PCS-320 or epoxy FE-100. PCSI concrete primers penetrate deep into the surface of the concrete, reducing pinhole formation and adding strength to the outer layer of concrete. Increased top coat adhesive strengths are achieved using PCS-30.

System Name Description
PCS-30 Low viscosity, penetrating concrete primer used with PCS 320, PCS 350 and FE-100 over new and damaged concrete. 1:1 mix ratio, also available in vertical grade.  For temperatures above 70°F.
PCS-40 100% solids Red Iron Oxide epoxy primer for metal substrates. Excellent adhesion with PCSI polyureas.
FE-100 Epoxy coating/liner for concrete specified in sewer linings, concrete pipe coatings, corrosive atmospheres such as secondary containment, and wastewater facilities. Provided in pre-measured containers.
PCS-700RM 2 component epoxy coating for repair and patching pipeline coatings such as FBE or PCS- 700 systems.1:1 epoxy repair kit for FBE and polyurea coatings. Ding and scratch repair kit for PCS- 700, PCS-355 and PCS-325 polyurea coatings.
