  PCS-300HPJ is a 100% elastomeric polyurea developed for grouting, crack sealing and expansion joint filling. PCS-300HPJ can be applied by hand or with a static mixer. Cured systems provide excellent elongation and adhesion. PCS-300HPJ is fully compatible with PCSI polyurea and epoxies. Additional applications include patching dings and mars in a finished polyurea coating, bug hole filling and transition joints on pipe and concrete surfaces.

Directions for use:  
 

Surface must be properly prepared. Concrete surfaces prepared according to NACE standard RP0892-92. Steel surfaces must be a "near white metal" blast to SSPC-SP-10 with a 3 mil profile. All surfaces must be free from dust, rust, moisture and other oils and contaminates. Concrete surfaces must be primed with PCS-30 or PCS-30VG primer, adhesion promoter. 

Mix contents of A and B in 1:1 ratio by volume. Stir with Jiffy mixer 5 minutes minimum or until completely mixed. Apply over clean, dry surface by brush or static mixer. Allow to dry to just tack free before recoating.

  Consult PCS-300HPJ A/B MSDS before using material. Use proper ventilation and respiratory equipment when spraying. Protect skin and eyes. Follow disposal methods in accordance with local and federal disposal regulations.
