PCS-320 Rapid Cure Aromatic Flexible Polyurea |
|||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| PCS-320 is a 100% solids 250%
elongation elastomeric polyurea developed for applications requiring added
strength and abrasion resistance. PCS-320 is a volatile free, odorless
system applied at a 1:1 mix ratio with plural component spray equipment.
PCS-320 cures in 6-8 seconds, forming a monolithic membrane suitable for
concrete and metal applications. As a result, downtime is minimized,
allowing rapid return to service of the parts coated. It can be applied at a
thickness of 10 to 200 mils in a single application. PCS-320 is
similar in performance to PCS-325, with a slower reactivity for improved
wet-out of the substrate. |
