PCS-325
Rapid Cure Aromatic Flexible Polyurea

PCS-325 is a 100% solids 250% elongation elastomeric polyurea developed for applications requiring added strength and abrasion resistance. PCS-325 is a volatile free, odorless system applied at a 1:1 mix ratio with plural component spray equipment. PCS-325 cures in 6-12 seconds, forming a monolithic membrane suitable for concrete and metal applications. As a result, downtime is minimized, allowing rapid return to service of the parts coated. It can be applied at a thickness of 10 to 200 mils in a single application.

Directions for use:

Surface must be properly prepared. Concrete surfaces prepared according to NACE standard RP0892-92. Steel surfaces must be a "near white metal" blast to SSPC-SP-10 with a 3 mil profile. All surfaces must be free from dust, rust, moisture and other oils and contaminates. Concrete surfaces must be primed with PCS-30 or PCS-30VG primer, adhesion promoter. See PCS-30 bulletin for application conditions.

Holding tanks must be agitated and maintained at a temperature of 130oF. Avoid moisture contamination of material. Films properly applied will reach full specified properties in 30 days, depending on ambient conditions. The film will reach light traffic or operating conditions in 60 minutes.

Safety:
Consult PCS-325 A/B MSDS before using material. Use proper ventilation and respiratory equipment when spraying. Protect skin and eyes. Follow disposal methods in accordance with local and federal disposal regulations
